Both coaches have recognised strong individual performances from Richmond's Round 10 victory over Collingwood.
Captain Katie Brennan's three-goal effort has seen her take home a perfect 10 votes from the coaches, as she also added 14 disposals, five score involvements and four marks.
Sarah Hosking, who took one of the best marks ever seen in the AFLW, polled four votes for her strong output across the defensive half, as she amassed 15 disposals, 13 intercepts and a disposal efficiency of 80%.
Wearing the Pride guernsey she designed, Kate Dempsey had another impressive game with 18 disposals at 88.9% efficiency and 242 metres gained, collecting three votes. Monique Conti also polled three votes, as her stunning season rolled on with 23 disposals, 11 contested possessions and seven clearances.
Rounding out Richmond's vote-getters was Ellie McKenzie with two, thanks to her 19 disposals, five tackles and 268 metres gained.
Every week, the two senior coaches for each game give votes on a 5-4-3-2-1 basis, meaning 10 votes is the maximum a player can get in each round.
The player with the most votes at the end of the home and away season will win the Sharp EIT Solutions AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.
