High Performance Manager Ben Serpell has confirmed the availability of Sam Banks, while Dion Prestia and Hugo Ralphsmith will test for Richmond's Round 12 match with Sydney.
Serpell took confidence from young forward Jasper Alger's return to action in Dreamtime at the 'G, where the youngster helped secure his first win as a Tiger.
“It was great to see Jasper out there. He was pushing for a return to play the week earlier, but we took a conservative approach with him, and obviously we saw him have a good game and get the spoils at the end,” Serpell said.

Sam Banks: Collarbone, Available
“Sam Banks was cleared by a surgeon last week,” Serpell said.
“He'll get through a body of work this week in terms of contact, and we're expecting him to be available this weekend.”
Injury Report: Round 12
Ben Serpell provides an update on the injury list ahead of Round 12.
Dion Prestia: Calf, Test
“Dion's down for a test this week, and provided he gets through one last training session, we'll expect him to play this weekend,” Serpell said.
Hugo Ralphsmith: Knee, Test
“Hugo Ralphsmith has really made some significant gains over the last few weeks, and we're confident to put him through a test this week and make him available if he gets through the next session,” Serpell said.
Maurice Rioli: Hamstring, Round 14
“Maurice is doing really well,” Serpell said.
“We just want to see time at task for some high-intensity efforts over the next little while, so we're going to take a conservative approach with him, and we'll hold him out until after the bye.”

Tom Brown: Forearm, Round 14-15
Toby Nankervis: Hamstring, Round 14-15
Zane Peucker: Syndesmosis, Round 14-15
Taj Hotton: Hip, Round 14-16
"Toby, Tom Brown, Zane Peucker, and Taj are all due to return as soon as the bye is over,” Serpell said.
Harry Armstrong: Foot, Round 15-18
“Harry's doing ok, we just want to take a slower approach with him,” Serpell said.
“The bone stress is resolved but in terms of increasing his loads and getting him back into training, we're just going to be a bit more conservative.”
Tom Lynch: Throat, TBC
“We saw Tom take a knock to the throat, and he unfortunately sustained a larynx fracture,” Serpell said.
“He'll have a couple of weeks’ rest now, and then we'll get repeat scans in a few weeks to monitor healing, and then we'll have an idea of return to play after that.
“We're not expecting too long for him on the sidelines.”
‘Been a very busy couple of days’ - Retschko
Patrick Retschko speaks to media after winning the Rising Star nomination for Round 11.
Tom Sims: MCL, TBC
“It was unfortunate for Tom Sims slipping on the surface at Windy Hill,” Serpell said.
“He sustained an MCL injury to that knee. We don't expect him to be out for too long. We'll assess over the next couple of days, but we are expecting him to play football again this year.”
Jonty Faull: Concussion, TBC
“Jonty did take a head knock and has now entered the concussion protocols,” Serpell said.
“At this stage, we're expecting him to be available for selection against Brisbane post the bye, but given the uncertain nature of concussions, we'll list him as a TBC.”
