Richmond winger Patrick Retschko is “super excited” for Stealth Night at the ‘G this Saturday.
The Tigers will host Carlton in a standalone primetime Saturday night match, with Richmond to wear its special one-off Stealth Sash guernsey to mark an experience for the Tiger Army like no other.
Retschko, who grew up a Richmond fan and has established himself as a key piece in the Tigers’ AFL side, is looking forward to what promises to be a memorable night.
“You see people rocking up to training already wearing the stealth kit, it's going to be a super cool night,” Retschko said.
“I don't think you can get any better than 7:35 on a Saturday night at the ‘G, those are the moments you live for.
“Changing the traditional guernsey to something very unique, I really admire it. I'm super excited, and the buzz is definitely going to be around the Club this week as we go into it.”
Retschko was Richmond’s highest-ranked player on the ground via Champion Data’s Ranking Points against Collingwood last week, recording 26 disposals, 16 kicks, 511 metres gained, 80.8 per cent disposal efficiency, five inside-50s and four score involvements.
