With Round 18 acting as a replacement game, Richmond Member ticketing entitlements are as follows:

Reserved Bay Members and Premiership Circle Reserved Seat Members (PC Balcony & Olympic) can use their member barcode via Ticketek to access a $0 Level 1 and Level 4 reserved seat. Alternatively, members can scan in wit

Reserved Seat, Roaming Tigers, Country, and Interstate Members can use their member barcode to upgrade to a Level 1 reserved seat via Ticketek.

General Admission Members (Home and Home & Away) can either scan in for General Admission access or upgrade to a reserved seat at a discounted member rate using their member barcode here.

Please note: Remaining inventory is limited and is likely to be exhausted before game day.

Members who have upgraded to a reserved seat through Ticketek must scan in using their Ticketek issued ticket.

Alternatively, members who do not wish to upgrade can simply scan in with their physical card, e-card or Richmond FC app for general admission access.

All ticketing information gets sent directly to members via email. To update or change an email address, please log in to your MyRichmond account.

Venue Rules & Safety

At the MCG, your safety is our priority. If you experience any form of antisocial behaviour, please report it by texting 'Assist' to the MCG's antisocial text hotline on 0409 117 621.

The MCG is a cashless venue. All food, beverage, merchandise and ticketing outlets will be cashless – so all transactions will need to be made on your debit or credit card.

The MCG is a smoke, e-cigarette and vape free venue. Patrons found smoking or vaping inside the Ground will face immediate eviction.
Access & Inclusion

Accessibility Entry Gate
Gate 3B is located on the eastern side of Gate 3 (closest to Richmond Station), and can be utilised by patrons with accessibility needs, including hidden disabilities.

The gate will open at 2.00pm and will remain open until 4.00pm. After this time, patrons with accessibility needs will need to enter through the front of Gate 3.

Gate 3B is best for people with tickets in the Olympic Stand and Shane Warne Stand (Public).  Persons with tickets for the Ponsford Stand, MCC Members Reserve and AFL Members Reserve are advised to continue entering via Gate 1, 2, 6 or 7 respectively. Find out more on the MCG website.

The ‘G Train Mobility Shuttle Service
The service operates during public events held at the MCG and is accessible free of charge to patrons with mobility challenges. Find more information including pickups locations here.

The MCG Multi-Faith Prayer Room is open to all patrons.
Located on Level B1 of the Shane Warne Stand (at approximately M13), the room is able to cater for more than 50 patrons at one time and is suitable for patrons of all faiths, including Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu.

A sensory-friendly space, presented by the MCC Foundation.
Now open throughout all MCG events. It is located within the Australian Sports Museum on Level 1 (inside Gate 3, behind bay M51).
