A perfect 10 AFLW Coaches' Association votes for Richmond's Monique Conti puts the midfielder on top of the Champion Player of the Year Award leaderboard after three rounds.
Following her stellar performance in the Tigers' five-point Dreamtime in Darwin win over Essendon, Conti (28 votes) now leads the AFLW Champion Player of the Year Award, ahead of North Melbourne's Ash Riddell by one vote (27).
Conti had a team-high 29 disposals, 10 clearances, a goal and six marks in the Club's second victory of the 2026 season.
The star midfielder also had 769 metres gained, six score involvements and 20 contested possessions.
Excitingly, key forward Caitlin Greiser polled five votes for her three-goal performance and young star Isabel Bacon received one vote, after her 16 disposals, four marks, three tackles and a clearance in the win.
Each week of the season, the two senior AFLW coaches vote on the best players in their respective match, giving 5-4-3-2-1. The maximum votes a player can get is 10 votes a week.
The overall league winner at the end of the season will be crowned the AFLWCA Champion Player of the Year.
