The Kevin Bartlett, Roy Wright and Trent Cotchin Medals have been awarded at Richmond's 2026 Best and Fairest night, recognising the second-to-fourth placed finishers at this year's count.
Jack Ross - Kevin Bartlett Medal (2nd)
Courageous midfielder Jack Ross capped a stunning season by taking home the Kevin Bartlett Medal with an impressive 47 votes.
Ross enjoyed his best season at the Club, averaging career-highs in disposals (23.2), handballs (14.5), tackles (4.3) and clearances (3.9).
In his first year in the Club's leadership group, Ross was stand-in captain during the team’s Anzac Day Eve Clash with Melbourne in Round 7, where he also played his 100th AFL game and polled the full five votes. He then led the Tigers to victory the next week against West Coast.
The 26-year-old, who led the count at the end of Round 16, had a purple patch between Rounds 6 and 11, polling 24 of his 47 votes.
Ross missed four games due to a concussion over the course of the season, but returned looking like he hadn’t missed a beat, playing with speed, pressure and a willingness to take the game on.
Among his many standout performances across the year, Ross shone in Round 6 against the Kangaroos, collecting 26 disposals, eight tackles and two goals.
Nick Vlastuin – Roy Wright Medal (3rd)
Nick Vlastuin earned another top-five finish this year, placing third to win the Roy Wright Award, polling 32 votes.
Vlastuin, who was runner-up in the 2025 and 2024 counts, has now had three straight podium finishes and four in his Richmond career. He also finished fourth in 2023, underlining his consistency.
Despite missing most of pre-season while recovering from a broken ankle sustained late in the 2025 season, Vlastuin played in every game except Round 1, quickly returning to some of his best football.
The reliable defender once again showed why he is one of the best intercept marks in the competition, amassing 7.5 intercept possessions across 2026.
Vlastuin was voted by the Tiger Army as the Round 20 Hostplus Top Performer for his incredible 27 disposals, 11 marks, eight intercept possessions and 362 meters gained against the Dogs.
The accolade is a true testament to the grit and longevity of the three-time premiership player, who continues to have a big on and off field impact after 14 seasons at the Swinburne Centre.
Dion Prestia & Seth Campbell – Trent Cotchin Medal (Equal-4th)
Veteran midfielder Dion Prestia and exciting young midfielder-forward Seth Campbell finished equal-fourth and shared the Trent Cotchin Medal, polling 31 votes each.
Prestia, the three-time premiership Tiger, concluded his illustrious career at Punt Road with another piece of silverware to add to his Richmond collection.
He played in 17 games this season out of a possible 23, averaging 19.6 disposals, 3.1 tackles and 2.5 total clearances. Prestia provided invaluable leadership and mentorship for the young Tigers, guiding the young midfielders through another campaign of growth and development.
The Tiger great wound back the clock in his 250th game in Round 19 against Hawthorn, amassing 25 disposals in his milestone match.
In his final game for the Club against St Kilda, the 33-year-old was voted as the Hostplus Top Performer, finishing his career with 27 disposals, 24 pressure acts and 454 metres gained.
Prestia was recognised for his tremendous leadership on the field, playing a pivotal role in the development of his younger teammates, teaching them the midfield craft and setting them up for future success.
One of those younger players is the highly talented Seth Campbell, who was acknowledged for his stellar season at the Swinburne Centre.
Campbell improved on his fifth-placed finish last season, going from strength to strength in just his fourth season at Richmond.
The 21-year-old was given ample opportunities to prove himself as a midfielder this year, resulting in career-high averages for disposals (15.6), kicks (9.5) and handballs (6.1).
Campbell played in all 23 games this season, showcasing his goal smarts as a versatile small forward, booting 18 for the season.
Not only was Campbell scoring them off his own boot, but he also brought his teammates into the play, leading the team in goal assists.

Under the Jack Dyer Medal voting system, all the team’s players on match day receive a rating from 0-5 based on their overall performance.
The match committee assesses each player’s offensive, defensive and contest impacts on the game.
After those game phases have been analysed, the 0-5 rating is given as a joint match committee decision.
Votes are not allocated for what the match committee deems a below-average performance.
