They piled on 7.3, their best return in a quarter for the season, to run out comfortable 33-point winners.
Their previous highest-scoring term in 2019 was 6.4 in the third quarter of the Round 8 match against Fremantle at Optus Stadium.
It also was only the sixth time in 14 games to date this year that Richmond had won a last quarter.
