Richmond Football Club today announced Bingle as a co-major partner for the next two years.
Richmond Football Club today announced Bingle as a co-major partner for the next two years.
The Bingle logo will appear on the back of Richmond’s match-day Guernsey and on other associated signage, marketing collateral and apparel.
Launched in 2007, Bingle is Australia’s leading provider of low-cost, comprehensive, online car insurance. Part of the Suncorp Group and underwritten by one of Australia’s leading insurers, Bingle allows customers to buy and manage their car insurance online and, in the event of having to make a claim, customers can choose to notify Bingle online or call to speak to someone in the Bingle team.
“This is obviously a very significant announcement for the Club and we are delighted that Bingle has seen Richmond as a brand, that can help contribute towards the growth in their business,” Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said.
“Richmond has made a significant investment in ramping up its digital presence and clearly this has some important implications for an organisation like Bingle.
“As with all our partners, we look forward to providing them real value in the next two years and hopefully beyond.”
The Tigers’ deal with Bingle comes on the back of Clive Peeters shorts partnership. The Club also recently announced a partnership with ME Bank, who secured naming rights to the club’s new training and administration base, and Signet who will appear on the sleeve of Richmond’s official media polo for the next three years.
Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said the Club was disappointed the Tigers’ match against the Indigenous All Stars would not take place in Darwin next weekend.
