The VFLW Tigers will look to continue their undefeated start to the season this Sunday when they travel to their home away from home, to host the Casey Demons in Bendigo.

Refreshed from the bye weekend, and off the back of a convincing win over NT Thunder, the Tigers will look to build on their burgeoning confidence in the back half of the season, starting with Round 8 this weekend.

The first bounce at Queen Elizabeth Oval is set for 1.00pm, with free entry for all. Gates will open at 12.00pm, with all Tiger fans in the region encouraged to come along.

There will be a host of activities on offer including mascots, a balloon artist, an inflatable specky station, food, a bar, and half-time activities.

Queen Elizabeth Oval is familiar territory for a number of Tigers, with Bendigo Thunder products Jess Kennedy, Grace Campbell and Kodi Jacques set to return to their roots for the clash.

Richmond has added eight players to its line-up for the Casey match, including one debutant.

Imogen Milford will suit up in the Yellow and Black for the first official time, while Justine Hocking and Tamara Smith will both play their first Richmond game of 2019.

The Tigers will be bolstered by the inclusion of midfield star Phoebe Monahan, who returns for her first game since Round 1.

Richmond will also regain the services of impactful duo Hannah Burchell and Laura Bailey.

Rounding out the additions to the Tigers’ side is Dahlia Edward and Sarah Last.

Out of the side that was victorious in Darwin is Courtney Wakefield, Emma Gunn, Maddy Brancatisano, Evie Burry and Lauren Tesoriero.
