Richmond is pleased to announce Bang & Olufsen as its official Audio-Visual Partner, in what is the brand’s first-ever AFL partnership.
A premium audio-visual and entertainment brand, Bang & Olufsen will have logo presence on both the AFL and VFL Tigers’ home and away match-day shorts.
The brand will also be integrated throughout the Club’s video and social media channels, and have a match-day presence in Richmond’s changerooms.
Richmond CEO Brendon Gale said it marked a new and exciting partnership for the Club.
“Bang & Olufsen is a premium entertainment brand and we are excited to partner with them for at least the next two years,” Gale said.
“This new partnership will focus on engaging and connecting with Richmond, AFL and the broader community.
“Both Bang & Olufsen and Richmond are iconic brands with a rich history in tradition and innovation and through our football Club, we hope to educate members and fans about the Bang & Olufsen brand and its products.”
Founded in 1925 in Denmark, Bang & Olufsen is a global leader of audio-visual excellence, with a distinctive and exclusive range of televisions, music systems and headphones.
Since 2015, the brand has been operated in Australia and New Zealand by leading luxury brand retailer Emerald Group Investments (EGI). Not only is the partnership a first for the brand, it also provides Bang & Olufsen with a unique opportunity to connect with new audiences.
