To underline the depth of playing talent that currently exists at Richmond, here is a team of Tigers (minus the interchange bench) who were not members of this year’s AFL premiership line-up.

It contains only five players yet to appear at senior level with Richmond – Fraser Turner, Riley Collier-Dawkins, Ben Miller, Luke English and Jake Aarts – plus three who were an integral part of the Tigers’ 2017 AFL premiership – Alex Rance, Kamdyn McIntosh and Jack Graham.

And it’s interesting to note that 13 players in the side will be 22 years of age or under in season 2020, which is a great sign for the future at Tigerland.

The team is:

B: Eggmolesse-Smith, Rance, Garthwaite

HB: Stack, Balta, McIntosh

C: Naish, Ross, Turner

HF: Collier-Dawkins, Miller, English

F: Aarts, Markov, Chol

R: Coleman-Jones, Graham, Higgins
