In May, Richmond’s Matt Dea and Steve Morris developed a video for The Alannah and Madeline Foundation’s (AMF) Better Buddies Games.

The video showed primary aged students how to play new games with friends, and was sent to 1000 schools to use as a teaching resource for students engaging in Better Buddies Games.

AMF also took the time to present to Richmond staff, coaches and players about their important programs and initiatives, to reduce the prevalence of bullying throughout schools in our community.

The presentation helped staff and players to learn more about the problems of bullying in schools and the community, and how Richmond can help AMF to carry out its important work to create friendly and caring school communities.

AMF are also the community match-day partner for Richmond’s Round 21 game against Carlton, on Saturday, August 17. The Club will celebrate the partnership, and raise awareness about the organisation through initiatives like wearing purple run-out tops before the game.
