Although it’s been a topsy-turvy start to the 2015 season by Richmond, with three wins and four losses after seven rounds, inspirational ruckman Ivan Maric has a clear view on where the Tigers are at . . .

“I think we’re just improving every day, and that’s what we want to be like,” Maric said on 3AW.

“We want to improve, and every training session to us is gold.  So that’s what we’re going to focus on this week.”

Maric acknowledged that inconsistency of performance was a source of frustration for Richmond fans.

“As a supporter, I know what it’s like – you’ve got to put a lot of trust and faith in your club, and sometimes it is frustrating . . . but you’ve got to be patient and put trust in the people in charge at the Club,” he said.

“I think the people in charge at the moment are doing a really good job and sending the Club in the right direction . . .

“It hasn’t been the best start, but I feel like we’re doing a lot of things right, and if we keep going and playing our way, we’ll get the results in our favor.”
