Exciting, young Richmond small forward Daniel Rioli has made impressive progress since his delayed start to the season while recovering from the broken foot he sustained in the 2017 Grand Final triumph over Adelaide.

Rioli had an AFL career-high 25 disposals in last Saturday’s victory over Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium, eclipsing his previous best of 18 against Greater Western Sydney at Spotless Stadium back in Round 17.

He generated good drive for the Tigers with his speed, hard running and creative play throughout the match.

The 21-year-old is averaging 14.1 disposals per game in his eight senior appearances this season and has kicked a total of nine goals.
