Richmond is proud to announce the Club’s joint-major sponsor, Jeep, has renewed for four more years.
The new agreement will take the partnership through to the end of 2017, and is the biggest sponsorship deal in Richmond’s history.
Jeep will continue to feature on the front of Richmond’s match-day guernsey, and will extend their presence by featuring on the front of the guernsey for Richmond’s new standalone VFL side from 2014, as well as support the Club’s ‘Richmond in Business’ program.
“We’re incredibly proud as a football club to have established a great partnership with Jeep and with our renewed agreement, it will span at least seven years,” said Richmond CEO Brendon Gale.
“It has been exciting to share Richmond’s journey with Jeep since 2011, and now to celebrate the journey and announce the sponsorship renewal via the production of a television commercial is truly unique,” said Gale.
Veronica Johns, President and CEO of Fiat Chrysler said: “We are thrilled to announce that Jeep is a proud partner of the Richmond Football Club for another four years. It provides a great opportunity for us to continue our relationship with a club with such a rich and proud history.”
To celebrate Richmond’s achievement in making the AFL finals this year and announce the sponsorship renewal, Jeep has produced a new television commercial, featuring past and present Richmond greats, Tommy Hafey, Matthew Richardson and Trent Cotchin, as well as loyal Tiger fans, in iconic locations around Richmond.
“Producing this television commercial to announce our sponsorship renewal recognises our outstanding relationship and, celebrates the achievements of the Richmond Football Club in 2013,” Johns said.
