Richmond triple premiership-winning captain Trent Cotchin will return to the Tigers’ line-up for tomorrow afternoon’s clash against Hawthorn at the MCG.

Cotchin, who will now be into his ninth year as the Club’s skipper, trained fully last weekend and this week after being a late withdrawal for the Round 1 victory over Carlton due to illness.

Coming out of last week's starting 22 is Nick Vlastuin. The star defender will miss the game with the same knee injury that forced him to be subbed out of last week’s contest for Jack Ross.

Ross will again be among the Tigers' medical substitute options, having been named an emergency along with Mabior Chol, Patrick Naish and Hugo Ralphsmith.

Richmond will finalise which player comes into the 23 to fill the role 60 minutes before the bounce tomorrow.

The Sunday afternoon clash will be broadcast live on FOX FOOTY and Kayo from 1pm AEDT with both teams chasing a 2-0 start to the season.
