Tom Lynch was the only Richmond player to poll votes in the 2021 AFL Coaches’ Association’s Champion Player of the Year Round 16 voting.

The dual Tigers premiership star key forward received seven votes for his top-class display against Gold Coast at Marvel Stadium last Thursday night.

He had 13 disposals, took six marks (three of them contested and a game-high five inside 50) and kicked a game-high five goals in his return to the Richmond line-up after missing a month with a knee injury.
