Richmond welcomed Steph Williams to Tigerland with its first trade in the 2022 AFLW Sign and Trade Period. The explosive forward was drafted by the Cats with selection No.27 overall in the 2020 AFLW Draft via Geelong Falcons and Northern Territory and has played nine matches at AFLW level. Known for her explosive speed and creativity, she offers a dynamic option in all areas of the ground. The proud Larrakia woman became the Tigers’ first ever Indigenous AFLW player.
