Richmond signed Darebin Falcons winger Lulu Beatty to its AFLW list for the 2025 season in June as a replacement player for Charley Ryan. Beatty had been a train-on player at the Tigers across the early parts of the pre-season and had previously spent two seasons on Carlton’s AFLW list. The 21-year-old played four senior games at the Blues before being delisted at the end of 2024 after she was previously selected with the fifth pick overall at the 2023 AFLW Supplementary Draft. Beatty made the move to Darebin for the 2025 VFLW campaign and has been excellent, averaging 19.8 disposals, seven handball receives, four tackles, and four marks per game.
