Dustin Martin made a ripping return to Richmond’s line-up for last Saturday’s match against Western Bulldogs at the MCG after being sidelined in the previous round with general soreness.

The triple Tiger premiership superstar was a standout for the team in the wet conditions with his sublime skills.

Playing predominantly in the forward line, he finished the match with 23 disposals, 15 contested possessions, four marks, four inside-50s, three clearances, one goal, an equal game-high 10 score involvements and 239 metres gained.

Dusty’s display was a clear reminder that he still has plenty of good football left in him, as he nears his 32nd birthday in June.

It also is timely for the Tigers, who will be relying on Martin to help fill the void up forward created by the absence of Tom Lynch due to a fracture in his foot.
