Superstar midfielder Monique Conti has won the 2025 Richmond AFLW Best and Fairest, after yet another standout season in the yellow and black.
It’s her seventh Richmond Best and Fairest accolade, continuing to shine as not only the Club’s most prominent player, but also one of the League’s most decorated.
The 25-year-old played in all 12 games this season and led from the front.
It didn’t take long for Conti to make her usual mark, collecting 32 disposals in Round 1 against Sydney away from home.
A week later, at IKON Park, she would go on to record a career-high 12 tackles against the Western Bulldogs, also notching up 21 touches and five clearances, in her 75th AFLW game.
As the week’s piled on, the five-time All-Australian would collect 30 disposals against Essendon, 33 against Melbourne, 26 against Geelong and a season-high 34 touches in Richmond’s Round 8 win over Adelaide.
Conti also took a career-high 12 marks in that 11-point Crows victory.
Between Rounds 9 to 12, Conti recorded, 30, 23, 29 and 20 disposals, finishing out another strong personal year.
The midfield jet was also named in the 2025 AFLW All-Australian squad.
She adds her seventh Club Best and Fairest to her long list of accolades, which includes five All-Australians, AFLW Players’ MVP (Season 7), AFLW League Best and Fairest in 2023 and Richmond Life Membership.
