McClelland is an aerialist capable of playing at either end of the ground. The U/18 All Australian was taken by Richmond with its second selection at the 2019 NAB AFLW Draft (Pick No. 25 overall) and was the Eastern Ranges NAB League captain. The 21-year-old has played 20 matches for the Tigers across four seasons. McClelland had an excellent Season 7, cementing her place in the Tigers’ team and finishing ninth in the best and fairest despite missing three games.
