Henriette was appointed to the board in February 2017. 

Henriette is a Partner in the Corporate team at KordaMentha. Previously, Henriette was the Chief Operating Officer of ASX-listed iSelect.  From 2009-2016 she was Managing Director of Hay Group Australia/NZ, Japan and Korea, a global management consulting firm.

Henriette works in areas of organisational performance, turnaround and transformation.  Through her leadership roles, she has significant experience of developing high performance teams.

Henriette is also on the board of Brown Family Wine Group, an Australian family owned wine company.
